SHIPPING & RETURNS
Prior to reading the details on the delivery and returns of goods, please be sure to familiarize yourself with §16 and §17 of our TERMS OF USE and our SALES POLICY.
SHIPPING
All our packages will generally be shipped from Germany with DHL or Deutsche Post and will be posted to your requested delivery address. We generally offer shipping options with or without tracking and the shipping price is calculated by weight. In case of shipping with tracking, your shipping notification email will contain a tracking number for the shipment. Smaller packages will be sent as an oversized letter through the regular mail service unless you contact us in advance to change this.
In cases where the delivery service is not able to reach you, given this is a practice of your local carrier, you will generally receive a notification telling you that the package was either given to a neighbor of yours or being stored in the closest post office. If any packages are not being fetched in a certain timespan, those packages will be returned to us. We are not responsible for paying any costs of re-shipping any packages that have been returned, so please make sure all information given for the shipping is corrects and that you are able to receive it eg. accessible mailbox or front door.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Since we are a small company, orders can take 2-3 business days to go out, unless otherwise stated. We will reach out to you, if there is a special case with your order.
For commissions and custom artwork you can expect longer wait time, and it will depend on the current workload. We will reach out to you to inform you of the expected delivery time. You are always welcome to reach out to us at info@dominikmayer.art to inquire about current waiting times.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER AND SHIPPING TIMES
If you have chosen shipping with tracking, your shipping notification email will contain the tracking number. We recommend 17track.net for tracking your orders, as it gives you detailed information about your shipments status across carriers.
If you have added tracking, it is not possible to follow the shipment and we have no way of informing you of the status of the package. Please reach out to your local carrier, if you think more than reasonable time has passed or to ask about standard shipping times.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE?
It is our experience that international orders can take a while to show up, but if you think there is an issue with your shipment, please send us an email at info@dominikmayer.art and we will find a solution.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Germany, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Custom products cannot be returned (such as special orders or sketches). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

No refunds are permitted on the sale of services (such as signatures or sketches). All sales are final.
Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund. Exchange requests will be processed and accepted or denied.
